Dr. Chauncey and Gwendolyn Fourte have spent decades equipping leaders and families to walk in alignment with God’s purpose. Their story is one of resilience, faith, and practical wisdom — raising a family, leading in ministry, and walking alongside countless leaders, couples, and organizations.

With over 30 years of marriage and six adult children, the Fourtes know firsthand what it means to balance faith, leadership, and family. They’ve lived through the demands of work, ministry, and parenting and have discovered rhythms that bring peace, unity, and joy even in busy seasons.

Through their work, they’ve guided executives who were battling insecurity, couples who felt stuck in cycles of disconnection, and families who longed for unity but didn’t know how to build it. Their approach blends biblical foundations with practical strategy, helping people see themselves differently, break through barriers, and lead with confidence.

At the core, the Fourtes believe leadership begins in the home. When individuals and families live in alignment with God’s vision, every sphere of influence is transformed, workplaces, communities, and generations to come.
